A product-building track for your program.
When AI can produce almost anything, what sets students apart is agency, taste, and craft. Arena adds a track that builds them to your program, under your brand.
- Length2 to 7 days
- Group10 to 25 students
- LanguageEnglish and Chinese
- BrandYours, in front of families
Four concerns, one track.
What camp operators, bootcamps, and enrichment brands ask before adding a track, and how it is set up.
- The concern
Families want AI, experts are hard to staff
Building a credible AI program means finding people who have built real products.
How the track handles itLed by a co-founder
An Arena co-founder leads the track, with guest speakers and judges from leading universities and companies.
- The concern
Your brand is on the line
Families trust your name, and an outside partner should not get in the way.
How the track handles itYour brand stays in front
Families see your brand throughout, and your team keeps full control of recruiting, venue, and operations.
- The concern
Families want to see results
A week of activities is hard to show at the end.
How the track handles itA product they can show
Students choose a real problem and finish a product; products stay live after the program.
- The concern
Terms need to be clear
A new track has to fit your budget and your enrollment.
How the track handles itAgreed up front
Fixed fee, revenue share, or a hybrid, agreed before the program, with enrollment reviewed together.
Before which tool, ask: whose account is it?
Our first job is safeguarding students. The same AI tool can be safe or unsafe for student data, depending on the account it runs in.

Inside your approved platforms
We work only in the accounts and tools your school approves, and agree the data rules with your team before any session.
No student data in personal accounts
Student names, work, and records never go into a personal or consumer account.
Sample data for practice
Teacher sessions use teachers’ own materials or anonymized sample data, not student records.
AI use disclosed
Learners say which steps they handed to AI, and how they used it.
Teachers learn to check the terms
Every teacher session covers whose account a tool runs in and what its data agreement says.
Your data-protection lead decides
We follow your data-protection officer and policy, and adjust when they do.
What your students walk away with.
For camp operators, bootcamps, and enrichment brands: students choose a real problem, build with AI tools, and finish a product they can show.
- The core module
The product track
Problem selection, user research, building with AI coding tools, brand, pricing, and a final pitch to judges.
- The teaching team
Experienced mentors
Led by an Arena co-founder, with guest speakers and judges from leading universities and companies.
- The follow-through
After the program
Products stay live after the program, and optional mentorship keeps students working on them.
