What organizers need

Four needs, four answers.

What conference organizers and educator networks ask for, and how each session is shaped.

  1. The need

Something usable the next school day

Attendees leave many sessions with ideas but nothing they can use.

    How we answer it

    Hands-on, on their own material

Attendees use AI on their own lessons and materials, with help in the room, and keep the prompts and templates.

  2. The need

Many subjects and roles in one room

A session has to work for a science teacher and a head of school alike.

    How we answer it

    Three tracks to start from

Classroom practice, teaching and assessment, and leadership and parents, shaped around attendees’ subjects.

  3. The need

    Balance, not hype

Educators hear both alarm and promises about AI.

    How we answer it

Where it helps and where it falls short

Balanced guidance, including how teachers keep decisions about teaching and assessment.

  4. The need

A format that fits the program

Keynote slots, breakouts, and panels all need different things.

    How we answer it

    Four formats

A keynote or talk, a breakout workshop, a panel, or a pre-conference workshop, each shaped with the organizer.

What we share

Sessions educators can use the next school day.

Every session is hands-on and built on attendees’ own subjects and materials, so educators learn how the tools work and leave ready to design project-based work with them.

  • Hands-on practice

Attendees use AI on their own lessons and materials, with help in the room.

  • Examples from real work

Drawn from our staff training at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, and from our own student programs.

  • Balanced guidance

Where AI helps, where it falls short, and how teachers keep decisions about teaching and assessment.

What the research says

Teachers are already using AI. The rules have not caught up.

Four findings from recent studies. Each links to its source.

Sample workshops

Ideas to start from, in three tracks.

Each is a starting point. We shape every session around your attendees’ subjects and questions.

Classroom practice

Hands-on, for any subject.

  • Report comments in each teacher’s voice
Drafts based on their past comments, which the teacher edits and approves.
  • One text, several reading levels
The same text for English learners, learning support, on-level, and advanced readers.
  • From exit tickets to reteach groups
Sorting common misconceptions and planning a short reteach.

Teaching and assessment

For teachers deciding how AI fits their assessment.

  • Redesigning an assignment
Making AI use part of the learning, with reasoning assessed.
  • Deciding what to assess
A framework applied to a real unit.
  • Assessing the process
Oral defenses, visible drafts, and AI transcripts in the submission.

Leadership and parents

A talk and open conversation.

  • Working Beside AI: What It Means for Our Kids’ Futures
How work is changing and what students can already make, followed by questions.

Questions

Common questions

How is a session planned?

We agree the topic, audience, and length with you, then build the examples around your attendees’ subjects, so each educator works on material they already teach.

Which AI tools do attendees use?

Tools that suit your audience, including ones that work in China. We teach a method rather than one product, so it carries over to whatever tools attendees use next.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format and length. Tell us about your event, audience, and dates, and we will reply within three working days with options.

Can sessions run in Chinese?

Yes. Sessions run in English or Chinese.
